What We Do

I specialize in working with individual adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationships, among many other issues. I tailor sessions to meet each client's individual needs, and I work from a sex positive, neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ affirming framework. Harnessing the transformative power of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) I help individuals heal from past trauma and find the courage to be their most authentic selves.
