Bio: Hamilton “Tip” Hale has been working with individuals with disabilities for 16 years. Presently he is the Coordinator of the Community Employment Services at Pioneer Center for Human Services. Tip worked in the business community for many years before becoming involved in the IDD vocational field at SEDOM, the Special Education District of McHenry County, in 2005 as a job coach. He became an Employment Specialist at Northpointe Resources in Zion before moving back to McHenry County as a Job Placement Specialist at Pioneer in 2008. In 2019, he became the Coordinator of Pioneer’s Community Employment Services.
