Options & Advocacy provides service coordination through our Child and Family Connections program, our Autism Resource Center, and our Helping Us grow (HUG) program. Our Sibshops program, play groups, and support groups compliment the ways in which we support McHenry County.
Child and Family Connections is our early intervention program for families with children ages birth to three who have concerns about their child's development. The Helping Us Grow Program is a prevention initiative home visiting program for pregnant women and families with children birth to three that provides education on child development, promotes family wellness and encourages positive parent child interactions. Our Autism Resource Center provides screenings, , connects families to resources, provides classroom observations, team consultations and educational advocacy. It also provides training to McHenry County residents, providers, and business owners to build a more inclusive community.
