Focused on the mental health of girls and women, ages 10+ including those interested in addressing issues related to mood, body image, relationships, trauma and loss. We specialize in supporting pregnant and parenting moms, as well as those navigating grief/loss as a result of divorce, death of a loved one, infertility, miscarriage, and stillbirth. For young adults and teens, we help navigate challenges with self-esteem, social skills, and other areas.
