What We Do

Greater Family Health provides quality, affordable health care for all, including any person who is publicly insured, underinsured or uninsured. The Health Center offers a wide variety of services including pediatric care, adult medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, adolescent and adult psychiatry, therapy/counseling, chronic disease management, immunizations, physicals, public benefits enrollment, care management, full-service laboratory offered by Laboratory Corporation of America. The Health Center is accredited by The Joint Commission and certified as a Primary Care Medical Home.

Who We Serve

Underserved patients including children, adolescents, adults, elders and expecting mothers.

Availability

Same-day and next-day appointments, walk-in care, and traditional scheduled appointments are all available and welcomed. Late evening and Saturday care is available as well. Transportation Reimbursement and 24/7 access to a practitioner is available, as is care management and discounted prescriptions for patients.

Fees

Accepts Medicaid and all forms of Medicaid Managed Care and several other PPO plans, and uninsured/self-pay patients. Most other insurances are also accepted. Those who are self-pay or out-of-network may be eligible for our sliding fee discount program based on their income in relation to the Federal Poverty Level and number of persons in the family household.
